The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Winnetka Firefighters’ Pension Fund will be held on May 12, 2011.  The meeting will take place at 3:00 P.M. at the Winnetka Fire Department, 428 Green Bay Road, Winnetka Illinois. The agenda items are as follows:

1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Approval of the minutes from the February 10, 2011 Regular Meeting.
4. Report and qualification of the certified election results for the Active Firefighter whose term will expire in April 2014 under Public Act 94-317.
5. Annual election of the President and Secretary of the Winnetka Firefighter’s Board for 2011-2012.
6. Financial Report
   1. Treasurers Report.
   2. Becker Burke Associates Report.

1. Review training opportunities and hours obtained for pension trustees. 
2. Establishing objective criteria for manager supervision and retention.
