Winnetka Impacted by Severe Storms Overnight Saturday, July 23

Until floodwaters recede, please do not drive through flooded streets or enter submerged basements. If you need assistance today, please call the Police non-emergency number at 847-501-6034. If you have an emergency, please call 911. The Village will schedule a special refuse collection to assist residents who experienced flooding damage. Village of Winnetka Accepts Online Credit Card Payments for Utility Bills

July 20, 2016

The Winnetka Finance Department went live with an online credit card utility bill payment system on Monday, June 18. Most customers will be able to access a secure online utility account portal where they can not only make payments, but also download copies of bills and review usage data. To get started, visit the Village’s website: villageofwinnetka.org - and click the Online Payment link. Customers simply need their utility account number and last name (as it appears on their bill) to login.

Water Line Protection Program Solicitation

The Village has been informed that a vendor is soliciting customers by mail to enroll in a "Water Line Protection Program." The mailing promotes a program whereby customers pay a monthly fee to cover potential water service line issues. Prior to enrolling, customers are encouraged to understand the terms, conditions, and coverage of the program. This solicitation is not associated with, or promoted by, Winnetka's Water & Electric Department.
