Human Resources

The Village Manager’s Office is responsible for coordinating Winnetka’s Human Resources related activities. Within this area, staff provide for: recruitment, testing, selection, training and development, collective bargaining, pay plans, employee benefit plans, workers compensation, and risk management.

Winnetka currently has a workforce of approximately 152 full-time employees in seven departments.
