What are permissible construction site conditions?: Construction sites and adjacent public rights-of-way must be maintained in a safe and clean condition at all times. This includes sanitary facilities; parking and loading areas; fencing for security and tree protection; and proper storage and removal of debris. 1. When is construction activity allowed?

Days & Hours

Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM
Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM
Sunday and holidays - construction activity is prohibited

Limited exceptions exist to these standard limitations listed above. For additional information call 847-716-3521.
